I love this washer. It had all the features such as a large tub, and the tank to fill up the detergent for multiple washes. The only missing feature was a tank for the fabric softener, but there was a tray for it.
Don’t know if the tub is supposed to be this loose and wobbly. Had to struggle for right water level, can’t reach bottom of tub for clothes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear about the issues that you've had getting the water level you wanted. We hope all is well now!
All of our washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch.
During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal.
When you move the inner tub, you can hear a "sloshing" sound. This is the balance ring. For more information on this balance ring, you can click here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16836
We appreciate hearing your feedback about the depth of the tub. We'll be sure to pass this information along to our design team for future products.
Your unit does have access to the Deep Fill feature. If you'd like to learn more about this feature you can click here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=22718
We hope this is helpful! Know that we're always here if you have other questions or concerns.
This is a follow up review 3 weeks after use. The pro is the tub is big. The con Every cycle produces bad wrinkles. Adding another rinse doesn't help. I buy clothes that are anti-wrinkle. After cycle, I'd 'snap' and air dry. The wrinkles using this machine are severe. The advertised water and electric savings is spent on the extra time ironing clothes. The next option is adding liquid softener, which should be used sparingly because it increases flammability. The wrinkles force me to use it. I tried to use temp 'Tap Cold'. After the wash, the clothes were hot, so the rinse was hot! The machine is under warranty, but I'd still have to pay for the service call. I'm disappointed with this machine.

Hi there,
Thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues that you've had here, we can understand how this would be frustrating.
We'd recommend to check and make sure that your water inlet hoses are connected properly. You can take a look at the following link for help with checking this: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18392
If this does not help, then we'd recommend reaching out to service for assistance. Our service team can be found here should you need them: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm - If you purchased your washer less than one year ago, you have proof of purchase, and your technician determines that the issue stems from a manufacturing defect, then you would not have to pay for service as your warranty would cover it.
We really like our new washer. It is quiet, cleans well, and it plays a little music medley when you start a cycle. Lol I really like how we can add soap to a tank too.
This washer is the best thing ever!!! Connected it to my phone and it alerts me when the clothes are almost finished and then again when it’s ready. Also tells you when you have left things in there for extended periods of time.
