Good washing machine even for a sports family!

This washing machine has helped me get out baseball clay dirt from white pants better than any cleaners, scrubbing, soaking in a tub with bleach, etc. This washing machine has a pre-treat where the water comes out and hits the soiled clothes in a manner that has cleaned dirty baseball pants better than ever.
The auto-dispense is a nice feature, the machine itself is very nice plus high capacity.

Fabric softener does not dispense when automatic soap is loaded into washer. Seems to be a great product but am not able to use it to it's fullest.

Great Performance and an Outstanding Bargain

Just purchased this washer today and my family and I absolutely love the convenience features and the performance that it provides with ensuring that our clothing is at its cleanest. I underestimated how deep the drum is! I can wash a TON of clothes at once. I love the features such as 75oz washing liquid tank, the various wash cycle options and the soil levels. This is by far the best washer I've ever purchased!

This is a competent washer, however, regardless of how large or small the load is, it becomes unbalanced every time. This stops the cycle, and requires the liad be adjusted.

Washing machine vibrates to shutdown frequently. Repair visit replaced part. Still shuts down requiring frequent rearranging load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the washer is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.
