I like the ease of use. It has many features that are easy to use without looking up in the manual. It fits a lot more clothes than my old dryer.

Have to dry everything on high heat for well over an hour and Even then certain things are still damp

This dryer has never worked since the day I bought it. My clothes do not dry regardless of which setting I choose. I’ve had my vents thoroughly cleaned and still having issues so clearly the issue is the dryer. It and it’s matching washer are complete trash and a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set modes are ALL sensored, which is kind of a downer. When the dryer senses that things are somewhat dry, it ends cycle, leaving items still very damp. When I restart again, it'll shut off in 3-5 min, because the dryer senses it's done. I don't use any of the pre-set cycles, I only use 'Timed dry' setting. Then it takes 15 min longer than my old dryer to completely dry items, so I usually set it for 40 min whites, 50-60 min everything else.
