DOA twice now...still waiting for a working dryer

Took 3+ months to receive pair, only to find the dryer was dead. 1 week later a second unit came and it too was dead. Now we have a 2 month wait for a third.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just the right amount of functions. Have done over 50 loads with it already, moving into our new house washing everything that was in storage for 11 months.
It runs very quiet. The smart functions are incredible.
My wife and I both are in the military and have rented numerous houses with washers and dryers, this by far out performs any we have used.
We recommended it to multiple people who have moved in to the area recently.

Great dryer so far- only issue it setting up the smart portion of the unit. I think it may be because some of the literature was lost during delivery.

Awesome dryer, giving a 3 stars due to the fact that had to have service come out twice since I bought it. Stopped drying due to a faulty wire. Other than that, it’s a great dryer!
