Our dryer was delivered today. The delivery team installed the electrical and vent and placed the dryer next to our washer. Total disappointment when we tried to dry our first load. The dryer would operate for 15 0r 20 seconds and stop. We repeated this several more times with the same outcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In this case, since your dryer was recently installed, we'd recommend having the installer out to take a look at the electrical hook ups. If everything looks okay there and your unit is still tripping your breaker, we'd recommend reaching out to your dealer to inquire about a possible exchange. If your dealer is unable to assist, then you can take advantage of your warranty and reach out to our service team for further help.

Heating element has died after 1.5 years

We have only had this dryer for 1.5 years. This dryer's heating element is not working. Of course it's out of their 12 month warranty. I've read many reviews online that this is an issue. They don't make them like they used to!! Very disappointed.

My previous dryer took much longer to dry clothes. This one does much better so I have to be saving $$$ on the power bill. Multiple selections help pinpoint the best drying cycle for the items being dried...nice dryer.
