Not Performing as Expected or Hoped

We just got this unit and I am having to dry all my loads minimal twice. We have cleaned out the vent tubes before installing and the loads are barely half the of the drums capabilities in the washer unit. It doesn't seem to matter what the setting it just doesn't dry like our old dryer and so far we are not very happy with it. Very Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Due to COVID 19 Pandemic, I did not receive my product 2 months after I was to get it for mother's day. I have to say it was well worth the wait. It is a great machine. It was a great mother's day gift and The dryer is wonderful and dries the clothes in shorter time than my old dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
