We love our new dryer. It holds a lot and dries thoroughly. It did break on us within 2 months of owning it. A belt broke and was replaced under warranty. It did take a week to get a service call but it is working well again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had our dryer about a month -- STILL waiting for our matching washer to arrive. So far, we have had no problems with the dryer and are enjoying it! I especially like that the app notifies me when the dryer is finishing up!

Doesn’t get as hot

I’ve had energy efficient dryers before that dried better. When I inquired about it I was told it’s because it’s energy star and it’s designed to not get very hot. But, I’m not entirely convinced something isn’t wrong. There is absolutely no point in putting it on low heat as it doesn’t heat at all, mind you this is the recommended heat level when you choose cotton/normal load. I find myself having to dry just a normal size load more than once even on the hottest setting. I’m just not used to having to dry loads more than once. :(

Great dryer when purchased at the right price. The WiFi and app are cool features. The only issue is the dryer has trouble drying clothes
