Great product, very quiet, very efficient

I love my new dryer. Very easy instillation and dryer works perfectly. Best thing is how quiet it is. Have only washed And dryer 6 loads of laundry but works great. Clothes are completely dry and wrinkle free. Settings are easily changed and able to be understood easily from manual.

Uneven drying

I love how big it is but I also think that causes issues. When washing blankets they get really balled up and then don’t dry. I never had a problem drying blankets in my old dryer. Also it drys unevenly. Example: I had had a mix of clothes, my jeans and pants along with other stuff were dry but a night shirt and a couple socks were not. Kinda weird. I may have to get someone to look at it.

Almost Perfect

I grew up with GE washers and dryers and that were very reliable. We decide to replace our Samsung front load washer/dryer. The dryer is great, very efficient and quite. My only criticism is that it doesn't capture dog hair in the lint trap. Whenever we finish a load in the dryer we have to clean out the dog hair that is gathered above the lint trap when we open the door. I think this could be resolved if the lint trap gaps were changed 90 degrees. Currently they are perpendicular to the door, if they were parallel and a little longer I think the dog hair would collect inside. I love being able to see the progress of the dry cycle on the app and also starting the dryer remotely and pausing or stopping if needed.

We just got this beautiful dryer and so far we love it! Its bigger and it dries faster than our old one. I spent so much less time doing laundry!
