Great Product, we have been searching for a while and doing a lot of research on many different products and GE has always been a reliable product and that is why we went with it for both the washer and dryer, and I am very pleased with our purchase!

I bought the matching set and could not be happier. Love GE products so no question what I would buy. Large enough to do just about anything you want to dry.

Even all the driest setting the dryer won’t dry towels or quilts. Mixed clothes are hit and miss on if they will be dry at the end of the cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, and thanks for submitting your feedback on this model. We do hate to hear you’ve had an issue with your towels and quilts not drying, and have had some trouble with other items not always drying as well; we know this must be frustrating.
Large loads of heavy fabrics, such as quilts or towels, may dry better if they’re separated into smaller loads. Checking that the ducting isn’t obstructed in any way, and there’s no issue with the fuse or circuit breaker, may be helpful with a drying concern. We also have additional Troubleshooting Tips starting on page 12 of the Use and Care manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-3000198-1.pdf& .

I am so happy with my new dryer! Love the features. So glad it was recommended to me from a service man who tried to fix my old dryer that was not a GE ! Will stick with GE FROM NOW ON!!!
