The best software for do it yourself taxes

I am a CPA and use Turbotax for my own company and my family. It generally does an outstanding job of handling taxes. If you have a complicated situation, you should see a CPA, but for most situations it works very well

What's not so great: A few forms not available

Overall Good, some minor issues

Had much difficulty because transitions were not smooth. Had to repeat so much if I went back to change something. Did not upload my previous year Turbo Tax files even though they are all still on the computer.
What's great about it: Trustworthy, easy to use.
What's not so great: No upload of 2017 files; transitions difficult
