Amending Business Return Fail

I needed to amend my 1120S business return in TurboTax Business 2018. I followed the instructions precisely, saved the file as a new name, came back and made the changes, but when I get to the end it doesn't give me the option to e-file the amendment, just shows that I already e-filed my federal return. It doesn't provide good guidance to print the amendment and mail it either.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Pretends it will help, then doesn't

Great automation but lacking in functionality

TurboTax helped me save hours on my trust tax return with the e-filing, but only let me attach one 1099 from one of my multiple investment accounts. It would be helpful if TurboTax allowed attaching multiple files for e-filing in the future.
What's great about it: Easy import of financial account details
What's not so great: Limited attachments

Worst Tax Program ever

Not user friendly. Don't understand form 8990 and could not remove it, thus preventing my sole purpose for buying turbo tax, electronic filing!
What's great about it: NONE
What's not so great: Terrible Program and experience form 8990 is a problem with electronic filing

Great, but error help lacking

Software made it easy for a first timer to complete form 1041. However, when the initial filing was rejected because name did not match last return for that EIN the "help" to fix the error was not very helpful. All that was needed was to check a box on pg 1 to indicate there had been a name change. The help dialog box gave no hint as to how to do this aside from "This can be fixed in EF Infoworks Part V". The real fix was easy, but it took me 2+ hours to find out you just had to go to the FORMS option at the top of the screen before filing.
What's great about it: Made it easy to complete 1041 form
What's not so great: Error helpfor rejected return not helpful

Not as User-Friendly as TurboTax Premier

I have used TurboTax products for 30 years. I use TurboTax Business to prepare a Trust return. For reasons of user (un)friendliness, TurboTax Business is my least favorite of the products I have used.
What's great about it: consistent preparation experience year-after-year
What's not so great: does not provide running tax/refund due total
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo for Business

Does the job. Less expensive than Accountant. Still requires individual to have sufficient accounting knowledge.
What's great about it: All the forms in logical order
What's not so great: Cannot correct prior entry without repeating interview process

Wish You Were on Mac

Great if you have Windows but not so much for us Mac lovers. Personal version of Turbo Tax available for Mac - so frustrating that Business edition isn't. Takes so much longer to do taxes this way because it forces me to use a computer that I only boot up once a year - just for this!

What's not so great: Only available for PC
