A good program, but needs upgrades

The business/trust version of TurboTax needs to offer more of the features included in the Individual return version. Download of statements from financial institutions should be supported. 1099-INT forms need better support, and 1099-OID form entry needs to be added. Too many workarounds are needed now when dealing with a mix of income from taxable and tax-exempt bonds along with items such as market discount, acquisition premium, accrued interest, and reporting for non-covered securities.
What's great about it: Handles trust return forms and calculations well.
What's not so great: Missing some key functionality.

It Works!

Really, it works well. I'd like help knowing how much the tax bill changes is when I add or change items. It would be nice if it believed me when I said I don't need state instead of asking over again.
What's great about it: link to last year's return, Help with most items. Really pretty simple to use.
What's not so great: It doesn't give an ongoing tax liability number like individual turbotax.

fairly helpful for novices

Taxes are foreign to me. Last year was easier; this year I had to add three 1099-MISC forms and things got interesting - I read and reread the descriptions before I figured out how to do it right. I had difficulty backing up to change Estimated Taxes - could not find them, and the Search feature kept sending me to an icon that didn't exist (jump to). Frustrating! Finally, I found the page by accident.
What's great about it: I like that TT walks me through every step and tells me every detail I need to know to clarify which answers to choose.
What's not so great: I could not find a way to reach Estimated Paymts after an error; Search took me to links, not the page needed

Many questions can be on one page.
I get error when I want to print or save pages that I need to mail to the government after electronic submission.
What's great about it: easy installation
What's not so great: many errors, many missing forms, un-organized questions and pages

Tax Pro Uses Turbo Tax Business 2018

1st-time user of Turbo Tax by a CPA who used professional tax programs for many years. Semi-retired in 2018, but prepared returns using TT for a very few left-over clients. Don't like that no F1120-S K-1 Basis Statement in either 1120-S Business program or in F1040 Individual program, so have to prepare manually. Hard to find things in TT since am used to professional programs where I practically know all the line numbers by heart and can go right to them. Struggled with M-2 because couldn't easily get it correct for beginning balance and get Sch L to balance for Retained Earnings, as well. Next year will be better. I do understand, tho, why was "clunky" for someone like me to get thru TT as compared to tax pro professional programs I'm used to. Will use TT again for 2019 returns if can't off-load clients elsewhere.
What's great about it: Inexpensive
What's not so great: Some items hard to find
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worked fine, but should have a Mac option

Plenty of businesses are Mac only operations. Turbo Tax Business should NOT only be a PC based program. We are in 2019!
I had to use Parallels to do my taxes. I wont use Turbo Tax again for business. Other than that, smooth sailing.
What's great about it: Fairly smooth
What's not so great: Only a PC option

TurboTax Business 2018

I've used TTax Business for 5 yrs & each year accuracy seems to get worse. There are too many instances where the interview process doesn't yield the right answers or unresolved errors appear on forms. The interface between Federal and PA State is terrible, leaving unresolved errors on state forms that do not comply with PA requirements. I'm seriously looking for an alternative to TTax.
What's great about it: Familiar format
What's not so great: Too many errors
