Great for us small businesses that cannot afford to hire an accounting firm. Program directs you through the items you need to supply to ensure taxes are done right.
What's great about it: transferring past year's data
What's not so great: Depreciable asset addition was not as clear or easy as in past versions.

Not much better than just following the IRS tax guidance. And why do I have to install this as a software package onto a windows computer? I had to install windows on my mac. And then the software seems to work the same as the regular turbotax website.
What's great about it: better than filling out paper forms
What's not so great: not helpful in explaining anything

easy/quick to use; I did have some questions and tried to use the HELP CENTER but even though I found the same questions, the answers were not quite what I needed to know.
There were a couple of concepts that I just don't understand and couldn't easily find help with.
What's great about it: ability to pull previous years' info into the current pkg
What's not so great: not all questions asked in interview were clear (to me)

This product exceeded my expectations. It linked to my desktop quickbooks and it was simple, fast, and effortless to do my taxes. Well worth the price of the product!
What's great about it: Simple, fast, saved me in taxes the price of product!

I have used TurboTax for years. It speeds up the process of filing. I am always prepared with my entries totaled and ready to enter. Personal and Business returns are a breeze, however, I am not fond of the state returns and I think the charge for downloading them is entirely too expensive.
What's great about it: saves time, and calculates accurately.
What's not so great: State forms are too difficult.
