Hard to Import from Quickbooks Online

It is ridiculously hard to bring all data over from QuickBooks online to TurboTax for Business desktop edition. Either TurboTax needs to be available on line, or there needs to be a better way to do this. It is absolutely CRAZY that we need to download a trail version of QuickBooks desktop edition and then go through a set up, just to get our data into TurboTax. You are all part of the same company!
What's great about it: When this was done, it worked well
What's not so great: Both TurboTax and Quickbooks Online NEED to be integrated

Corporate Tax Return... Done !

No support for QuickBooks for Mac !!!
What's great about it: Simple walk through of required entries, categorized and easy to understand. Lots of checks/balances to avoid mistakes
What's not so great: Using Help always is based on personal TurboTax and not the specialized version of TurboTax for Business.

No Mac and No Quickbooks Online

As a business owner that uses a Mac and QuickBooks online to run my store, TurboTax appears to be stuck in the 1990's with its incompatibility with both.
What's great about it: user firendly walk through
What's not so great: No mac compatibility and no quickbooks online compatibility

Always seem to have trouble

I have used TT for my business and personal returns for MANY years. Every year I get the impression that your team doesn't work as hard on the step by step process for the state forms as you do for the federal. There is always some glitch in the state return that I have to figure out on my own. I'm paying for it so it should work EFFORTLESSLY. Just say'n.......
What's great about it: Federal is great
What's not so great: State always falls short

Great help but should integrate with QB online

The process was easy for the most part but it would have been so much easier if it could have pulled all the information from QuickBooks online. We looked at changing to Quickbooks Desktop but the cost was more than our new business could afford. If Intuit should integrate all of their products together to make all their users happy.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step
What's not so great: does not pull information from QuickBooks Online
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy

TurboTax for business is so easy to follow that I had no help and finished it in a day.
What's great about it: Everything is in order and so easy to follow
What's not so great: I wish that when you go back to change some info, you would be notified that the K-1 has in fact been updated.

Taxes done

I love that TurboTax walked me through the process and I think I have everything correct on my Federal return. My Wisconsin one wouldn't load after purchase, I'm not sure the one I eventually got is the right one. Most of the help form on the state showed 'no help available' and I didn't always know what info was required.
What's great about it: I felt that all my required federal taxes were filed accurately
What's not so great: The state forms were difficult to work with and I'm not confident in the result

Turbotax business got the job done

I have been using Turbotax Business for years. In general, it simplifies the job and I highly recommend it's use. I continue to be frustrated with the help search not listing relevant information. It takes too long to locate the answer.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Getting explainations onthe help pages is difficult
