Worked well

I like the product. I got my taxes done quickly and accurately. I do wish it would hook up with QBO and be available as a cloud based software. The release date for state taxes was a little late, but otherwise, I don't have any complaints. I'm glad to be able to do taxes myself quickly and easily. One suggestion would be to allow for "jumping in" midstream in some sections rather than entering the answers to the same questions over and over when needing to update something and not wanting to use forms view. Showing a roadmap of the questions and allowing a user to select where to target would help.
What's great about it: Reasonable to do myself
What's not so great: Needs to go cloud and hook up with QBO

Marital Trust

I trust Turbo Tax and have been using it for decades. Nevertheless, the Business package costing $150 is way too expensive.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Way too expensive for a simple trust

Nice Product-Needs to Oregon forms

Used TurboTax for years. Still a great product. Need to have the Oregon Form 41 added to the package.

It's Buggy

Kept insisting that I print a 1099-B before e-filing my LLC's return.. strange, since I didn't select any assets traded or exchanged, and LLCs don't sell or issue stock. Finally gave it a blank PDF to make it happy.
What's great about it: Simple to Use
What's not so great: Like all tax software, it's a little under-baked

Could not go back and edit an asset disposal that I put in by mistake. Took me several hours to figure out I had to delete the entire asset and reenter it and then leave it alone so it stayed in the turbo tax record
What's not so great: detailed asset disposal information did not carry over to PA state return from Federal

Somewhat Easy to Navigate and File

Navigating most of the forms were easy with a few data entries and a click of the mouse. Some of the forms used for the state tax return wasn't that easy to understand, but with google and with some help with last year's return, it made it somewhat easier.
What's great about it: Ease of importing information from Quickbooks
What's not so great: Somewhat difficult to understand some forms under review
