The only reason I am considering using this next yer is the support staff was superb and beyond, but the product itself has gone from pretty good to horrible.

turbo tax frustration

I wish turbo tax could download your last year turbo taxes on your new computer when you have to purchase one. save a lot of headaches.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Much harder to use this year - incorrect amounts!

Much harder to use this year - transferred amounts for 'retained earnings' were incorrect and could NOT be corrected! I spent probably a dozen hours researching online and through TurboTax as to how to correct it, and attempting to correct it. It turns out, it's not correctable! (what? - why?)

Driving Me Crazy!

Not fast, not easy, directions are incomplete in places. I had the hardest time getting my signature file to attach, even though it said IT DID attach , and there WAS NO ATTACHMENT in the upper right corner. It finally took it so I guess it will be okay. Who knows.
