Not for the Faint at Heart

Do not use if you don't understand taxation

For basic business, it is fine. But there are many areas that are not properly handled such as Qualified Opportunity Zones, State taxation on sales of partnerships (does not track state basis), state taxation doesn't always work correctly. You will need to do a thorough review of the output and need to have extensive understanding of tax law to make sure that TT handled things correctly - - there are ALWAYS adjustments that need to be made.

Frustrating Software Bugs

The software repeatedly changed my answers requiring me to revisit topics repeatedly and eventually to go to forms myself. One area that I needed to fill in was erroneously unallowed by TT, so we'll see if the IRS accepts it. TT definitely needs better testing before release.
