PA State Business Tax was Dysfunctional

I selected, paid, and downloaded PA Corp Business 2019 as addition to Federal version. I got confirming email about the purchase. Software recognized the state, but when I hit "Start", it kept prompting to check a box to confirm download, then prompted for another purchase of the same thing. I tried everything but got stuck in a continuous loop. Federal was fine, state bombed. Tried everything. Now it won't let me use my real name here because it's "taken". Why is everything so hard?

I find Turbo Tax to be quite useful

TURBO TAX LIKES AND DISLIKES

I have been using Turbo Tax for a while and kind of used it. But some of my friend who recommended Turbo Tax had lot of difficulty get used to entering information. Some times they do not understand what is being asked. Also, sometime they do not understand from where certain numbers are coming from because there is no link to the calculation forms.

Gets more confusing to navigate every year

This business LLC software sets up categories for income and deductions that don't make much sense for a winery operation. Also, it is not intuitive to answer many of the questions asked during the interview without being a tax lawyer.

Not this year problems from the beginning to rejection of filing due to imported infor
from 2018 return. State business bought and couldnt be imported into program.
