Importing from Quickbooks needs improvement

Importing data from Quickbooks is tedious. There needs to be a way to create account names that are suited to the needs of the business. The categories and titles available are inadequate.

I like turbotax, BUT

There are many ways to improve and make it more intuitive and fewer clicks, e.g. linking business and Home/business editions will save time transferring some data manually. Also, customer service used to be better. Testing TurboTax business with Windows 10 and making sure it is compatible. For me, I wasted a lot of time and eventually had to try a new computer although it was uptodate!

The live help does it for me

I have been using it for 20 years and the live help is a game changer. Still complicated depending on the complexity of your returns but the live help with remote access to your computer makes anything possible

the e-filing is the great part. I used to have turbo tax, and later drifted away. I am glad I am back with it, and it did save me time.
