I lost my previous year's return and do not have all the correct carry overs. I am going to request the tax file from the IRS then will need to refile

Great for most tax situations

Easy to use. BUT, not great on some situations like 1031 exchanges. I had to hire a CPA to do that part of my return. 1031 exchanges are not rare and should be addressed better in TurboTax.

This year we have a hitch in updating the software before we file. Turbo Tax staff was very helpful.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
