Love Turbo Tax but had a few glitches

Turbo tax was fast and easy except that each time I selected to move on to a new page it would throw me out and i would have to go in through the desk top to the page i had selected. There was also an error on line 10 of section 179 of form 4562 that wouldn't clear. I had to call for assistance and learned that it was common. Electra with customer service was excellent and walked me through and emailed me detailed instructions for the fix.

2019 Turbo Tax Business

Once I the State download was completed after being on the line with Jai from Tech support it was a breeze. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied with the program. It is always up to date.

TurboTax for Business - more difficult than needed

This review is a complaint for one issue. I filed extension form 7004 without using TurboTax Busness and paid a small amount of taxes at that time. When it was time to actually file, I used this product, but found that there was no place to enter the tax that had been paid earlier with form 7004. There was a place for estimated tax payments, but program said NOT to enter 7004 amounts paid and they would ask for that info later. The program never asked, so I had to go into forms and find the right place and correct the forms before submission. This is very basic stuff that needs to be fixed....and by the way, you are asking for too much private info to file this complaint...
