I am comfortable using Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. The only complain I have is that the Help Hints are written in very small fonts.

Error after error.

It said it imported from quickbooks and I had to assign accounts at the time of import, but it didn't really import from quickbooks. I then had to go through the subjects one by one. I've used turbo tax for years, but this year the program was problmeatic. It found 15+ errors, all of which should have been answered by the walk-thru. Then it found more errors when trying to file also which should have been answered with what I previously told it..

Very self explanatory, very easy to use! I love how in depth TurboTax is, the questions they ask really help you get the most deductions possible.

TurboTax Can be Simplified

I've been using TurboTax for years. However, when I started using TurboTax Business it has not been a good experience. Washington, DC requires certain franchise tax forms to be printed and mailed in. TurboTax does not do a good job with that process. Thank goodness for the audit defense, because they helped serve as a third party when DC asked me about the absence of the form. However, I still ended up having to fight the issue in court. There are a million questions about filling out form ABC, but who knows what those forms are for? This is supposed to be like taxes for dummies. Unfortunately, I may be considering another tax preparation solution if TurboTax doesn't correct it's manual filing issues and work with the States to implement better processes.

Pretty fast and easy, integrated will with QB. Would be better online... but significantly better than paying gouge prices to a CPA.
