I hope next year you change the program so each entry can have sub entries. Why should I have to use a calculator to add up sub components of an entry like Travel Expense?

User Friendly

User friendly with step by step guides but very difficult for my first time. User issues not product. couldn't have done it without this program

Terrible to file corp tax

You need to make it on the cloud without stupid software that crashes depending on windows updates etc. I do not know why you have not done that yet!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
