The Interview Leaves So Many Questions Unanswered

It's really frustrating that you ultimately have to leave the Interview and for to the actual forms and Schedules to enter required information that was not requested by the program.n

TurboTax is so easy to use! The questions are straightforward and the guidance and clarifications really help. They just need to make all versions MOBILE FRIENDLY!

Good for basic business, but limited support

Had to go through filing taxes for my LLC myself this year and since I use TurboTax often for personal taxes I thought I'd try their business product. The guidance is okay for basic situations, but the only support available if you have anything non-standard is to go to their FAQ page or community forums, which lacked sufficient information for me to answer my questions. Google searches were far more helpful. In retrospect, I would have been better served by applying the money towards meeting a tax professional in person.
