Amended Trust Return for 2018

I successfully e-filed my 2018 Trust return in Turbo Tax Business. After filing, I received a 1099-B so I returned to the software and followed directions to amend the return. At "filing" stage, the program advised that e-file was not available and I needed to mail the amended return and that mailing address would be included in printed instructions. I printed out all forms and mailing address was not included. Support program said instructions for amending return would not be available until March 7, 2019. It would have been nice to have that information before I went through the entire interview process for amending a return.
What's great about it: Interview process is straight forward
What's not so great: Software does not provide mailing address for amended return as promised in interview.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Not Easy at All

It seems the people who turn to this product are not professionals and who have a small business. For us, there needs to be more help (like for the personal version of the software) - Too many times I typed in a question only to get back answers that were unhelpful. ALSO, why do I have to download this version and the other version is online? This product also does not work with Quickbooks ONLINE, for reasons beyond me. One person S-corps should be an easy filing, this was not.
What's great about it: I like the step-by-step approach
What's not so great: Not enough help and trapped in step approach

Made my business filing on my LLC reasonable

Overall very good. Not TT but my Square and QB do not match up perfectly.

What's great about it: Overall easy to enter data from my Square/Quickbooks
What's not so great: LLC's get complicated when it gets to Capitalization/Balance Sheets
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and simple

It is my first time using turbotax and so far so good.
It is pretty simple to use and helpful when you don't understand something.
What's great about it: just need to complete the field
What's not so great: you need all you infor organized
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It would be so much better if you guys did Montana state tax returns for business.
Aside from that, I love your programs. Been filing with you guys since 2001 when it was turbotax.com and all I needed was a 1040EZ.
What's great about it: Ease of use, helpful hints
What's not so great: No business state return for me

Multiple Turbotax programs

My only real complaint is that because there is not just one program that fits our specific needs we must use two, Fine! However, when I must pay separately for each state added, each Audit Defense and possibly anything else that may arise it seems a major waste of time. Develop a Cart system where I can add the items I need and make one purchase at the end.
What's great about it: i.e. Business (S-Corp); Home & Business

Great software but lacking in one area

I really like the TurboTax Business software, but I have a partnership with 12 partners and need to distribute the K-1s via email. I can't do this for security reasons since the software will not allow me to mask the partners' social security numbers and the EIN of the partnership.
What's great about it: User friendly and thorough.
What's not so great: Needs feature to mask social security numbers and EIN.

Overall good product
With all the tax changes everything worked just fine.
One issue, the program seemed to close when trying to print after printing and then hitting the cancel button
What's great about it: good, easy
What's not so great: seems to be a problem when you go to the print center and after printing Turbotax closes
