Glorified PDF Maker and Terrible QuickBooks Integr

1 - Only available as installed app for PC, terrible. This should be a web-app available on all devices. I use a Mac.
2 - The integration with QuickBooks Is terrible. It took me hours to migrate from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop to TurboTax, mostly because of bugs in the system and weird requirements like using an unsupported and outdated version of Internet Explorer
3 - AFTER paying for California, the system tells me it can't handle partial year returns, so I basically have to do all the work manually anyway.
4 - TurboTax didn't find (or even try to find) a single tax break or credit. This is nothing like TurboTax personal that looks for deductions. This was nothing but a glorified PDF maker.

Painless Process with EXCELLENT CPA Assistance

Not always obvious what to do or how to proceed

I have years of experience with TurboTax for Business and have learned how to navigate and produce my taxes over the years. Newcomers should expect some problems figuring how to navigate the screens to get a final product done. The Help functions helps most of the time to explain what I have questions about but there have been many times when I have had to do web searches to really find the answers to my problem.

Works but errors

When you get an error code and all of the data is correct it is very difficult to resolve. Took 2 hours of searching to finally find a community volunteer that had the same and problem and detailed steps to fix it. Literally a one minute fix but wasted 2 hours. And it is a glitch in the program and the fix is a work around. Silly really for almost $200 for software including the State.....
