Good product!

Makes tax preparation pretty easy except for the fact you can't transfer quickbooks online directly into turbotax. Very frustrating since they're both Intuit products and let's be real....that shouldn't be an issue.

I had a little trouble the first time I used the software. Second time was super easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Serious issues with local tax returns

Everything worked out fine for Federal Tax returns but there are serious problems with State and Local returns. For example, the application keeps prompting me to fill out a form P-2019 for the County of Multnomah and the City of Portland when I'm clearly exempt. Also, there's a bug when trying to print the Oregon State return. It keeps telling me that there's an error when the error check didn't return any (I reran the check 4 times).

Turbo Tax Business-Corporations indicated I needed to file a return for the State of Michigan. When I went to purchase and download, no Michigan program was found. Where?
