Missing form

Can't believe this expensive program STILL does not have a correct way to enter a 1099-OID. Same hassle every year struggling to figure out the workaround. Shouldn't have to do that for >$100.

Deeply disappointed with the experience

Even after answering the questions asked by turbo tax, there were many fields to be filled in the actual form after reviewing them. Errors on the forms referencing other forms does not even have a link to view them for understanding the issue or seeing filled out values. Customer service representative dared me to ask a question I have on turbotax questionnaire to IRS because he did not have the answer. That was not useful. Quickzoom feature does not work on my download version. Right before filing, turbotax asked me if there were additional forms I need to submit. This is scary, since I was relying on turbotax to have this information. I found myself reviewing every form line by line which defeats the purpose of paying for turbotax business. It would have been faster if I filled out the forms manually.

It's good it could be great

Turbo Tax for Corporations is good - almost great- but the program could use some work. Also, when you click on "help" a number pops up that you can call- but when you call the number, they tell you they cannot help you with "corporate taxes" and I only had a generic question about the balance sheet itself - and so the call and phone number was useless. On the plus side, I save myself hundreds and I know it's done right because the numbers are honest and exact and the program does not let you do it wrong as long as you put the numbers in the right places.
