Nightmare

After spending hours of my own time and making multiple calls for support, today I was finally able to download and e-file my Wisconsin S-Corp return (after inadvertently filing the wrong form due to a glitch). I've used this software for many years without any problem. Not sure what changed this year but it's been a thorn in my side since March. Hoping for better luck next year, but won't hesitate to get my money back if I run into problems anything like this again.

Great product

Mostly, an excellent product. My issues were book/tax difference rounding errors. I was $3.00 off book/tax, and couldn't find any help to get that to go away. So I forced the number by overriding the difference to zero

A very disappointing year

On my Federal Taxes, TT worked very well - up to the point of final review. An 'error' was flagged related to carryover Section 179 amounts from my TT 2018 forms to my 2019 forms. There was no error. One of your employees and I spent over 3 hours try to 'resolve' an error that didn't exit. The problem was in the coding of this year's TT Business error-checking routines. Then, when trying to start my State taxes, the billing software would freeze, perceiving my email as 'invalid'; a full bock against proceeding. Thus today I spent well over 4 hours with another of your in-house experts until we stumbled upon a work around, without ever determining the cause of the problem. Not at all up to your historical performance

Turbo Tax works for me

I have used Turbo Tax for many years it is easy and guides you through the toughest forms I am changing to a Mac for next year! Certainly hope they make a compatible product!!
