Need financial institution download capability

This version of Turbo Tax leaves something to be desired. Turbo Tax Business should be able to download tax information from financial institutions like the other Turbo Tax products.

I found TurboTax Business easy to use, and help was available if needed. I have used the program to file my federal trust return for several years.

The state part is a disaster!!!

Fedral part is well orignazied. But for the NY state and NYC part, it's a disater! It's very confussing to fill in the forms. Turbo tax just tell you where to fill the blank instead of guiding you to finish the process. Also, when you make a wrong choice in some quesition, you can't go back and change it.
Finially when I try to file electronically, it tells me to attach the CT399, which is should be prepared by the system!
Anyway, I won't use Tubro Tax for my company next year.
