Needs Serious Improvement

My expectation is that Intuit, the same software company for both QuickBooks and TurboTax have both of their online software services integrate with each other. Online versions should integrate with desktop or other online versions. Unacceptable to the point that as my business grows I will likely migrate away from both.

It's not that easy. I don't know the lingo and my account names do not match up so hard to figure out where things go or if they qualify. I am changing the names in my QB to better match up for the next time but I don't do accounting well - that's why I am a biologist. Also took hrs to download a new Turbo tax State file. Many things just didn't sync up. The tech person was super nice the whole time. I ended up fixing it myself though.
