Did not download data from QB Online

You would think that Turbotax Business would download data directly from QB Online since they are products from the same company. Also had difficulty with a 179 carryover error that took hours to research and remedy. Overall experience mediocre. It did save money over an accountant but there is alot of room for improvement.

Turbo Tax was quite easy to understand and it took really no time comparatively speaking to complete, had I done it myself.

I've used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. Have never really had a serious problem that was not handled in a timely manner. Have no reason to try other tax preparation providers.

Two years in a row - basic product cannot function

I think I have been using TurboTax for between 15-20 years. The business product over the last two years is unequivocally rubbish. For 2018, it made fundamental errors to my return that required an amendment. The fee refund will never cover my time and aggravation associated with the amendment. This year, 2019, a know bug prevented me from being able to efile either my federal or state returns. Again, a colossal waste of my time. The product has evolved into straight trash.

Works but overpriced

Would be nice to have a separate program for trusts and estates. I don't need all the business programs and the price is high for completing a trust return. Also, it would be nice if there were an easier way to e-file trusts without attaching the form, though did eventually get it to work.
And it would be nice to have a state program so I didn't have to do those by hand.
