Purchase problems and software errors

The program would not save my registration key. Every time I started the program, I would have to enter my registration key as if I was running the program for the first time.
Also, the business asset type section for depreciation would not get past an error. The asset is a non-residential building, but during the error check, it said it was wrong. It is not.

Someday Intuit may test before release

But it wont be this year once again. Could not even purchase the state return in the middle of my tax prep because they don't know what a valid email address is. Don't let me get started! Always takes three times longer than it should because they do not thoroughly test the software.

Turbo Tax business

Turbo Tax business has the step by step, very helpful, however; there are points of question to which I just call the customer service and they are extremely helpful. I have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years and I'm a full on user and find this to be an outstanding tax tool.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
