Easy to follow but wish some stuff was easier

I wish it was mac compatible and it was much easier to import quickbooks online information over to it. But was very affordable compared to using other professional services.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: cant easily import quickbooks online & not mac compatible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Turn key return setup, forms, transfer of prior year information
What's not so great: Some transfer features from Quickbooks are clunky and need manual review and adjustment

Could be Better.

The following could improve:
1. Be able to import data from financial institution, just like TT personal.
2. Key the operator to look for allocation to beneficiaries and provide more info on that.
3. More information on overall purpose of the forms. I.e. form 1041 does this and is required if....

State Download for Trust

Too much typing

Should be able to enter 1099's as is done with Turbo Tax premier.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Had to manually enter 1099's. Took hours.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Difficult for my situation

Could not create an asset for a installment loan. Program kept wanting to depreciate the loan.
Each time the program did an update at the beginning, the QBI data would get scrambled on the K-1 199A Stmts. The 199A Sum Wks stayed correct.
Program "Error in converting your forms to PDF format" when printing Additional Forms and Instructions.
The IRS center where filed did not change to E-File on the K-1s when E-Filing.
The signature date did not change to current date when e-filed.
What's great about it: Easy entry of rental properties
What's not so great: Impossible entry of Installment Loan
