I love the walk-through features, as it gives me a solid understanding of what is needed. The Final Review is a huge stress reliever!

Need to work on integrating with Quickbooks better

Taxes are frustrating and that has nothing to do with Turbo Tax. I think Turbo Tax does a pretty good job. However for my business, I think integrating more closely with the categories in quickbooks and being a little less general when moving us from the step-to-step to the form items without a lot of instruction is confusing.

Could have done better job with my trust return

A trust return is full of a lot of unfamiliar jargon for the nonprofessional, and mostly TT Bus handled that okay. But it made a bollix of explaining (and handling) QBI, or Qualified Business Income. And although I told it I didn't need to print a K-1 form, it insisted on my filling one out anyway, and wanted to print it. Finally, it printed out Est. Tax forms for next year, but didn't say where to send them! How stupid is that? I'll have look elsewhere for the information that should have been printed with each form. Still, the trust taxes are done, and the e-filing was pretty easy. So it earned its 3 stars, but no more.
