Not as intuitive as the individual tax software

I have used the Individual tax software for years without issues. Very good programs how ever the Business software is lacking way behind the individual programs. It is as if the program was written by another company. It is in no way as user friendly as the individual program.

Didn't even include state but price the same!

I was not happy paying this amount for a program that didn't even include the state forms, but the price was just the same. Too expensive and required manual entries for each grantor trust statement.

You Did Not Send Me An Email When IRS Oked Forms

TurboTax was easy and fast, until the form needed by me was no ok'd by the IRS, then you forgot to email me that the form was ok'd by the IRS.

Turbo Tax is the Best!

I've been using turbo tax for many years and it is the best tax preparation system on the market. The layout of the program allows a tax expert to breeze through the tax preparation with ease and accuracy and for the novice user the step-by-step process is perfect.

Turbo tax for business is a terrible product

It was a nightmare trying to e-file an S corporate return for California for 2019. I kept getting diagnostics for a New Employment Credit, Form 3554, even though this was a one person S corp and there were no new employees for the year. This corporation has had the same number of employees since 2006. I gave up e-filing and had to paper file the California return.
