I love Turbo Tax!

Turbotax is so user friendly and the service is amazing! You get live one on one help within seconds from a pro incase you don't understand something! They guide you thru it so easily and patiently! Why go anywhere when you can do it from the comfort of your own couch! Hands down the best thing to happen to taxes!
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Business Taxes

My accountant was not able to focus on my business taxes for 2019 or personal for that matter for a number of reasons so I had to take the initiative and try and file. He had already filed my 2018 taxes late and I did not want to file my 2019 late. I was anxious about filing myself because of how technical business taxes can be or all tax filings for that matter but using Turbo Tax Business was very user friendly and eased my anxiety.

TurboTax Business

Using Business version to file Trust return (Form 1041) but disappointed that this software is not able to download transactions from institutions like other TurboTax versions. It does not show tax liability until ready to file and print to see it.

Hard to find answer to PIN question

I was named as EXECUTOR to handle mother-in-law's estate. Preparing the returns for IRS and state was easy, however submitting the state return required a "PIN" to operate. I could not find answer on how to create or override the PIN requirement. After several hours I ran across a message indicating the PIN was just an arbitrary self generated number!!! Where were the instructions for that!!

I have always been in the dark about what to do, save, copy, and tax saving strategies. With this program, I am now in the know of what things to pay attention to. Now I know giving discounts for our services has tax benefits!! I learned and continue to learn more and more! Cheers...to being in control!!
