Filing got easy with TurboTax, always prefer filing my personal and business tax return with TurboTax. Each column has an explanation and quick customer service phone call to guide you when you are in problem....Excellent!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo Tax business and personal for the last 7 years, Love It!!! and when you use Deduct It!!! everything is always smooth for me..

Trust returns (1041) - Many unresolved questions

I've used TT for my personal returns for many years and found it to be spot on. I used the 2019 business edition to file a deceased relative's Trust return and found that it really did not do the job in asking/answering question regarding how to file out the return. With more and more folks using trusts, I was hoping TT developed a top notch product, but sorry to say, they did not.

Love TurboTax but had some issues!

I have been using Turbo Tax premier for years without issue and used Business this year for the first time to file a Trust. Business wasn't up to standard when it comes to attachments like the 8453-FE. It attached fine to the program but there seems to be a problem of the program filing it with my return. Called and got help and was told to mail attachment to IRS. Additionally I wanted to buy the State of Ohio and found out it is not
available for download. That may have been a deal breaker if I had known up front.
Regarding the Help! It was fast, easy and I dealt with a knowledgeable professional!!
