Generally good, but I don't understand why it always dumps you into individual sections of forms at the end, asking you to fill in fields with little context and sometimes no appropriate choice. For example, there was a field that required country of ownership, with an address in California, but the drop-down selection list did not include the U.S.

For the price, not thrilled

I continue to use TurboTax Business, because I have a trust that I have been filing for over 13 years and I'm down to the second to last year for it. Inertia prevents me from starting over or doing from scratch. This version of the software gets most things done and is probably very good for a regular business; however, the support for the trust returns is lacking and the programming has some fatal flaws that prevented me from filing 2019 online. The issue stems from the return's worksheets on estimated taxes (not docs to be filed) have an error that I cannot resolve. Even online community was unable to illuminate me. For the amount of time it's taken me to try to resolve, I've simply taken the path of least resistance, printed, and will mail the return. I'm a big fan of Turbo Tax and a dedicated customer for the individual product. Just sad to see this happen with the biz version.

This product has become horrible in the past year.

This year's TurboTax for Business was horrible. I didn't install properly. Then, it wouldn't let me try to install it again. I escalated this matter up to the Office of the President which is a useless group of people who are big on apologies and have no effective solutions.
I have also had recurring problems with TurboTax updates.
The quality assurance function at Intuit has become awful. It cost me DAYS of my time diverted from making money -- time wasted on trying to fix their poorly tested software.

Doesn't Integrate with Quickbooks Online & required an unbelievably absurd workaround. I am no longer an Intuit customer in any regard due to their program ineptitude

It took me days and discussions with my CPA to determine how to flow loss from the 1120S to the Form 1040.
