E-filed W2 & 1099 first day - tried to prepare & e-file two more 1099s and only lets me save forms. No e-file. Why?
What's great about it: Like forms, like steps to fill out forms
What's not so great: Promised 5 e-files & only got one

Does job; still can make easier

Wish could integrate with QB online - especially since QBO's appeal and reason we switched is its wide integration. Resource allocation outside of Profit and Loss is a bit confusing and could use a bit more explanation -- but it worked once I figured it out.
What's great about it: Removes 90%+ of the complexity. Affordable. Help desk really tries to work with you.
What's not so great: No QB online integration or import capability; LLC P&L vs Liability Allocation confusing

Everything was good except the filing of the pass through Virginia return. The program would NOT allow a "mail-in" return, only an "e-return", but for the second year I had a waiver from the state to file by mail. Your software should allow a person holding a waiver to proceed in this fashion.

Not altogether 'simple'

I think my return was too simple for this software. I didn't need some forms etc which it offered. I might have been better off typing it into the state tax web site. It didn't download the tax forms the way the personal one does. It wouldn't accept no second beneficiary ... I had to include it, although I think it didn't appear on the final return. Not as much time saving as I expected.
What's great about it: accepted hard copy attachments
What's not so great: Required erroneous entries
