Mostly Easy, At Times Maddening

Import from QuickBooks is easy and accurate. Converting accounting entries into tax entries on Schedules L and M is frustrating. Also, it takes some effort to find the place to make unequal distributions to members, and to change other simple entries, such as the date on which the return is signed.

Great program to Save money

I bought the business edition to do my taxes because i had people trying to charge me over $600 just to file. So i bought this for $169.99 and it was well worth it.

This year omitted connection to a form

This year, TurboTax had no way to include the sale of an asset. I had to go to refresh my memory on which form was required and then open the forms to include it in our taxes.

It makes everything pretty simple. I wish there was more specific information for an entity that receives oil royalties. I have to guess a little on entering the info. But, it all works out in the end!

it works fine. The program is so worried about trying to upsell you that you have to muddle through the ads to finally get it done. It has been unclear for three yrs now how to actually
start with the Corp stuff first because they are so anxious to sell you stuff and get your committal to start

Not very clear for filing Trust tax returns

No guidance on where to input 1099-R, once the Federal tax was e-filed, did not lead to printing of state return. For a combined $225 for Federal and State, I would have expected more clarity and guidance. Disappointed!

Disappointed with this Year's Version of TurboTax Business. Lot harder than last year's to finish. Will re-evaluate next year whether to use TurboTax Business or another program.
