Helpful but difficult to navigate

Some of the questions asked, especially to correct errors, did not give instructions as to where to find the data requested. I had to guess the corrections and hope I was right. Otherwise, it was fine but complex.

LLC Change of Address Info is worthless

Waited for months for the govt to get their act together and finally publish the 8822-B so I could complete my taxes, and then when they finally do, TurboTax had literally ZERO help or information on what I was supposed to do with it. I knew I had to mail it in manually, but there was nothing that said "the form you've been waiting for is here", it just continued as if there had never been a delay. Then after I filed, it didn't show up in the "forms you need to print" list, I had to go find it myself in the form list, print it, and try to understand the instructions (three different mailing addresses on two different pages) because TT had no help at all. The only reason I use TT is because they already have my last year info, but since I have to review it so many times anyway, maybe next year I won't. This is also the first year I haven't had the actual filing part of the program broken for a month.

Needs version for Mac

OK, but can be confusing

It seems that every year, taxes get more complicated. TurboTax has been helpful, but I am afraid people with complex tax issues are going to be forced to go with a tax professional more often than not.

You make last minute changes that come AFTER the filing deadline, which is frustrating. Otherwise, the software is good. I have even received updates and changes the YEAR AFTER taxes were filed!!!
