I expected it to work with QuickBooks Online

Using the program was relatively easy, but would have been much simpler if I could have just imported the necessary information from QuickBooks Online. Apparently it's too much to expect one Intuit product to work with another.

Turbo Tax for Business Works

Turbo Tax for Business worked very well to prepare & file an Estate Tax Return. It's expensive, but better than paying to have a professional preparer do it.

No real complaints except for the trust software (1041) you could not download from a broker. That feature should be added next year.

extremely easy to navigate thru the federal portion of the return. However, completing the balance sheet on my state return was very difficult and never could figure it out. Mailed my taxes in with the balance sheet being inaccurate and out of balance.

Didn't work at first

It was pretty intuitive, but the first time I tried it, I got submission errors. I had to wait several weeks (and cut the deadlines close) before it would let me file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have been a customer for about 20 years or longer as I can recall. I have always received excellent results and filed correctly. Now I started a business last year and you helped e get my taxes filed .
