difficult to understand what needs to be corrected

Everything was great until I tried to e-file, than I was shown several highlighted items without a good sense what to do with them. Finally, I'm not sure why, the returns were accepted (forms 1041 and Wisconsin 2) and I was done. Except for the final review, it was super fast and easy.

Mostly easy to use, not as easy as Deluxe/Premier

All entries were easy to follow, except: I had to hunt for Schedule F for farming. Also it was not clear how and where to enter CCC Government crop assistance payments

Good product, but not pleased with delays

Would have given it four stars, but I was not pleased with the multi-week delay in getting the state version. This delay started well before the coronavirus outbreak, so it can't be that.

Accurate and Very Easy To Use

I found the program to be accurate and very easy to use. Even a highly experienced user like me gets the task accomplished in a fraction of the time it takes to do it by hand and with the assurance that everything is included and that all calculations are correct.

it is easy to use and there is assistance available that help me out a lot.
The state programs are not that user friendly.. even though I but a separate state module, I end up filing it on paper

Need import from Quickbooks Online

TurboTax is great but it's ridicouous that you cannot import from Quickbooks Online!

QuickBooks Online data must first be exported to QuickBooks Desktop before it can be imported into the TurboTax software. You do have the ability to download a free 30-day trial of QuickBooks desktop by visiting the QuickBooks website.

GA Forms not attached

10+ year TT user. This year stated GA required certain forms to be attached AND that TT would walk me through attaching, but TT program never asked to attach (like it did with federal form) nor seems to have ability to attach doc's manually. Still, love the product.
