Errors that should not have come up, moving data over that was from 2015 not 2018, and was not even on 2018 return. Took forever to complete as a result. Your associate did solve the issue with a work around.

The Live support is great and able to help resolve the problem and allow to successful to complete the tax return.

Great Product, but wish it included State Filing

Great product for preparing taxes. Having to print and file the state is not helpful. I also wish they would finally create a Mac version. This is he only product I use Windows for.

Turbo Tax Business vs Turbo Tax Home and Business

I use TT Business as well as TT Home and Business. Unfortunately TT H&B doesnt support 1041's for Trusts, so I buy both. TT B seems to be less featured and less user friendly than TT H&B. For instance the tax refund/due amount on top of the screen is missing. Plus the navigation interface is different, and harder to use IMO. It would be nice if they looked more similar.

Turbo tax gets harder to use each year

on line assistance would be great I don't want to get answers from other tax payers or a forum I pay for turbotax knowledge of the tax laws and how they are applied my tax return was held up because the program wanted me to mail a form that was NOT need in submitting my taxesl This should have be a notification not a requirement
