New TT Business user

Pretty easy to use. I wish that it had better explanations for deductions like paying out mileage to employee's. I am new to the small business world and this was a great tool for me. (only one employee and one customer) will use again next year for sure. Easy to generate W-2s (payroll companies charge around $40 per employee) as well as, the K-1.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

First question is did the LLC have any income/Loss in 2018. I think the question should read for 2019. Form likely needs correction.

TurboTax 2019 for my federal and California LLC
on March 16, 2020
Posted by: Acorne6184
Using TurboTax Business for my LLC was easy for the most part, until I got to the California return. TurboTax insisted that I had to fill out CA Form 3554 (the New Employee Credit form). I don't have any employees in my businesses, and finally had to go to the "Forms" tab to delete the form before filing (this was the only way that I could skip over this form). Apparently, the Form 3554 was somehow created during an earlier filing, and was carried over to my 2019 state returns. This is the third time the form has appeared for my returns in as many years, and has resulted in a lot of wasted time on my part trying to figure out if the form was actually needed, whether removing it would adversely affect other parts of my return, and finally determining how to actually delete the form. You'd think that if Form 3554 was deleted in the prior return, any data regarding the New Employee Credit would be ignored in the current return, and the current year's software would prompt the user to create a new Form 3554 if it was needed for the current year. Could we get a fix for this by the time the software for 2020 comes out?
