Fed return good. State returns insulting

The Federal return is really helpful. With the state returns -- I have to do California and Maryland -- I feel that Intuit is saying "we are a monopoly so you have to pay a lot and just take what you get." Especially bad this year. There is an error in one form that makes it difficult to e-file. Had to do a Google search where I found the fix and an admission that they would not fix the error! If so, TAKE THE OPTION OUT. Don't make me waste an hour trying to fix an error I could not.

Comprehensive but geared towards EA/CPA

This was my first time using TurboTax Business. I'm used to TurboTax "free, free free" and self-employed, which are Tax for Dummies compared to this which I feel like could use additional examples, updated examples and a little more user friendly feel like TT Indiv.

Most frustrating Turbo Tax experience ever

I was quite disappointed with Turbot Tax this year. From trying to update my Intuit account to locating pricing of products to finding the products I needed and have used for years to actually completing a business return. I've used TT for over a decade and would seriously consider switching to something else or going back to doing manually after this year. Very disappointing. Clearly they don't do usability testing with their products, or don't priorities the feedback.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
