Fast and easy. It helped me with questions I had. It was a little unclear during the review when a number on the 1041 form didn't match a supporting form as to how to change it.

Turbo Tax is good, but could be better

I have used Turbo tax for years to do the tax returns for our dairy farm. There are still steps missing in the interview process. I always have to go to Forms to fill in some pages myself. However it is still the best system I've used.

Business was adequate for preparing a partnership return. The one obstacle to overcome for us was that the K-1 information transferred to CA and the diagnostics said there were no errors, when actually the K-1 values did not match the return's balance sheet. I was able to make overrides to correct the balances and bring the schedules into balance.
Hopefully next year will be seamless.

Complicated and Confusing

Filing began easy an simple, just like the prior year. As it came towards the end, it kept saying I was missing information on a form that I did not need to fill out. It also kept indicating that there was an error on my return, yet was not showing where the error was.
