Always easy to use

only problem I have is knowing exactly which forms I need to file. not always clear on how to review the return prior to filing didn't know I had to go to the end to get the review
didn't quite understand the PE form and what was needed; should have automatically filled in all the information from 2018 to 2019 on this electronic filing form.

Why cant you import from Quickbooks Online?

Currently, QuickBooks Online data must first be exported to QuickBooks Desktop before it can be imported into TurboTax Business. if you’d like to try QuickBooks Desktop before you buy it, you can download a free 30-day trial.

Excellent except State selection.

Everything was perfect. But then I had two choices for State return. Both had very similar names whose meaning could not be distinguished (for WI). I lost 4 hours trying to undo it and it could have caused an easy 40 hours to clear up the mess with the state!! It is probably the state's fault, but OMG!

The use of the business tax product was easier and more convenient to use compared to their competitors. The ability to complete it from home without having to make an appointment not to mention the savings it represented in cost compared to what I paid last year when I didn’t use Turbo Tax Business. Overall an outstanding product well worth the price and will be using it again next year.

For first time self employment and small business tax forms, information albeit available is hard to understand/complicated. Maybe providing an example of a filed form may offer more clarity.

The actual filling out and filing was easy. Finding and getting into the right software took hours. When you sign in, you should have the Business Federal options, but it is personal items.
