I have been using TurboTax back when Chipsoft was the main 'THING', for those who are old enough to remember. TurboTax has grown into an application that 'thinks' faster the you do with complete trust in calculations and in accounting integrity
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax iBusiness is just okay

TurboTax Business could be so much better if it would import data from QuickBooks online. I don't understand why this is not possible. Also would be nice if Michigan S-Corp file was available.

Not user friendly

For the S-corp filing, there is a big lack of guidance for understanding terminology, and no guidance for determining applicable tax credits. The user interface is also difficult to navigate. I do not have confidence that my tax return is appropriately prepared.
